When we purchased this home, we loved that the backyard was a blank slate to work with. We hired Cory Adams to design our pool and patio. He nailed the design and executed our list of must-haves and wants!

The backyard is designed for ultimate entertainment, with a wiffle ball field, a putting course, an outdoor kitchen, and swings over the water.
To create the patio ceiling, we used a 1×2 piece of trim, preconditioned it, and then stained it with Bona Dune. Before installing the slats, we hung smooth hardi and painted it Tricorn Black.
The putting green was an afterthought. We had it designed and installed by TourGreens of Houston. They were an incredible company to work with. They also installed the wiffle ball field for us.
We added a storage room to the back of our garage to simplify storage for pool floats, toys, etc. I highly recommend prioritizing this. It has made pool storage a game-changer compared to our last home.
